Hi! We just wanted to address why we don’t have photos of plus size women (or men) on our site. Just cartoons and digital images.
The reason is that we didn’t have enough time to properly vet and find women (or maybe some men) who personified plus size appreciation. We wanted to be inclusive of:
- Gender
- Race
- Size
- Age
- Disabilities (visible and not)
- LGBTG Communities
- Color
- Height
- etc.
- etc.
So, while we fully understand that our site is a little plain looking, we’re really excited to bring some wonderful faces and bodies into our site’s graces by next year! We just don’t know what we want to do yet! What do you think?
- Ask for volunteers?
- Buy stock photos?
- Host a big photo shoot?
